The book happens to be a collection of research papers edited by Professor K.K. Mittal, an eminent scholar of Indian (including Buddhist) Philosophy. In fact, the papers are those which were presented, read out, and discussed in an ALL INDIA SEMINAR held under the auspices of the DEPARTMENT OF BUDDHIST STUDIES a few years ago.
